5.1 To access full Platform functionality, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and phone number.

5.4 z277 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent.
6.1 Before processing withdrawals or enabling certain account features, z277 requires completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process exists to confirm your identity, verify your age, prevent fraud and comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
6.2 Accepted Documents for Pakistani Users. Primary identification accepted includes a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document dated within 90 days. A selfie or liveness verification may also be required.
6.3 Documents must be uploaded exclusively through z277's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. You must never send identity documents via unsecured email, SMS, WhatsApp or any unverified third-party channel.
6.4 Altering, obscuring, cropping or falsifying any document submitted for KYC purposes constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of any balances and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Note for Pakistani Users: Your CNIC is a government-issued document containing sensitive personal data.
